Bella Ramsey, star of the upcoming HBO series the last of usIt is believed that those who are fond of the video game will be very happy with this new TV adaptation. Despite the fact that photography the last of us Now it’s over, fans still see nothing of the show outside of two photos. Whenever the first trailer for the series happens to arrive, though, Ramsay thinks those who are longtime fans of the franchise will be very happy with what they see.
In a new conversation with Is learningRamsey opened a little more about the last of us And how do you think it will be received by viewers. Although she hasn’t given many details about the show, she has stated widely that it remains true to the story seen in the original 2013 PlayStation game.
“I think people will like [the adaptation]. I know there have been people worried about that, of course. When something is so precious to you as a viewer – as a player – of course you will be worried about adapting. “But frankly, I think people are going to love it,” Ramsey said. “It largely follows the emotional blows of the game, and it respects and honors the game. But [the live-action series adaptation] It brings new life to it. It explores different avenues that are not explored much in the game. I think people will love it. I hope they do. It was so much fun, such an experience. I hope that [audiences] They also feel that experience when they come on an adventure with us.”
Probably the most notable thing Ramsay mentions in this statement is in relation to the “various avenues” that the last of us It will explore when compared to the game. We already knew that the show would introduce new moments that we haven’t seen in a video game, but we didn’t yet know what exactly that would look like. As such, even those who have played the game a few times should have a few surprises in store with this adaptation.
HBO has not yet set a specific release date for the last of us, but we know the show won’t air until sometime in early 2023.
